Our Team

Dilmi Weladakulage

I bring 22 years of experience in the hotel and tourism industry, starting as a Management Trainee at Tea Factory Hotel Kandapola and progressing through roles at St. Andrews Hotel and Galway Hotel Management. A pivotal moment in my career was joining Lion Royal Tourism, where I advanced from Senior Reservations Executive to Manager.

In 2018, I became Sales & Relationship Manager at Manor House Concepts, and I currently serve as Managing Director of Villas D Sri Lanka. My expertise spans Sales, Marketing, Administration, and Financial Planning, supported by a Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management and Tourism Hospitality from the University of Colombo.

Hailing from a Catholic family in Nuwara Eliya, I completed my primary education at Good Shepherd Convent Nuwara Eliya and Kotahena . Beyond work, I enjoy traveling with my son, cooking, and singing.

Shakila Jayamanna

Hailing from a Catholic family in Kandana, I completed my primary education at De Mazenod Collage Kandana . Beyond work, I enjoy traveling with my Family, Readding translates.

I studied in Institute of Chartered Accountants where I got a good knowledge and  gained great exposure about the field. Through this I got an opportunity to improve my organizational and technical skills. My multilingual proficiency in English ,Sinhala and Italian allows me to connect with a diverse range of individuals, enhancing communication and customer engagement.

In addition to my professional pursuits, I am an housewife  and a mother where I manage my household and work life. My dedication to teamwork, growth, and continuous learning defines my approach to both work and life.

I am eager to leverage my expertise and passion to drive success and build meaningful relationships in every endeavor.

Sasheeka Dahanayake

I am Sasheeka Chathuni, Hailing from a Buddhist family in Mathara, I completed my primary education at St,Ann”s Girls School Wattala . Beyond work, I enjoy traveling with my Family. Dynamic professional with extensive experience in Detail-oriented and results-driven accountant with over a decade of experience in financial analysis, reporting and strategic planning. Proven track record of optimizing financial processes, ensuring compliance and driving cost efficiencies. Adept at managing complex accounting systems and leading teams to achieve organizational goals. Skilled in leveraging financial data to support decision-making and improve profitability.

I hold a Certificate Courses in Computer Application Assistant and Computer Accounting equipping me with strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills. My billingual proficiency in English, Sinhala, allows me to connect with a diverse range of individuals, enhancing communication and customer engagement.

In my recent role as Accountant, In businesses make critical financial decisions by collecting, tracking, and correcting the company’s finances, and my dedication to teamwork, growth, and continuous learning defines my approach to both work and life.

At HNB Assurance join as Assistant Field Manger and promoted to position of Executive Underwriter. An Underwriter, is a financial professional responsible for assisting in the loan application process by determining the risk-level of working with an applicant. Their duties include researching a client’s credit, income and assets, reviewing applications based on policy guidelines and performing risk assessment reports.

Moreover my Experience in managing accounts as the executive accountant at McLarens group – Gac shipping (PVT) LTD, primary contact between a vendor and a customer. The account executive is commonly in the picture from the start of the business relationship. Having pitched the deal and negotiated the contract, they are responsible thereafter for fulfilling the contract terms and keeping the client happy.
